Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Industrial Skills Trainer Computer to deliver technical training programs and practical learning sessions in computer and technology-related disciplines. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, workshops, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational training needs and objectives.
• Deliver engaging technical learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods .
• Develop and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical backgrounds.
• Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Adapt training approaches and learning methods based on participant needs and varying levels of technical understanding.
• Apply strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills when delivering training programs.
• Address technical challenges and respond effectively to participant requirements during training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field .
• 3 5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more relevant technology areas, including IT, AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming .
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments .
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills .
• Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming , or other applicable technology domains are preferred.
