A group of Sadr Trading and Contracting is seeking a Projects Management Director to join its team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This role will provide overall supervision of the projects and programs management activities to ensure effective and efficient implementation within the specified timelines and budgets.

الهدف العام للوظيفة

The primary objective of this job is to oversee the development of project and program implementation plans, monitor workflow, including budgeting, contracting procedures, determine costs and funding sources, and follow up on execution to ensure completion and achievement of the desired objectives according to the allocated schedules and budgets.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Supervise the development and implementation of project and program plans, guide and monitor budget estimation, determine human, technical, and equipment requirements, and ensure provision on time and within the estimated cost.
• Supervise determining project assumptions and all interdependencies with other projects or programs to ensure optimal use of available resources, identify project risks and the steps needed to avoid and resolve them.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensure adherence to project scope and approved project management standards and quality specifications, and manage change control based on the plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the closure of major project phases and project closure, assess the level of achievement of project outputs against its main objectives, and ensure transfer of all related knowledge and experiences and document and report project documents.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, risk and challenges management reports, and periodic performance indicators and success factors reports, and submit related reports to various stakeholders and senior management.

• Practical experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in project management.
• Ability to provide overall supervision of project and program management activities.
• Excellent skills in planning, monitoring, and resource and risk management.
• Ability to prepare and present periodic reports to senior management and concerned parties.
