This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Coordinator - Catering at Mathaqat Foods Company located in Al Khobar. The Guest Coordinator will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating and overseeing catering events, ensuring exceptional customer service, assisting in sales and promotions of catering services, and managing guest inquiries and bookings. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients and ensuring all catering services meet the highest standards.
Qualifications• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and Food Service• Proven ability in Catering Sales• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Problem-solving and organizational skills• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is a plus Previous experience in a related role is preferred• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
