We are seeking a skilled Static Technician III to join our team in Al Jubail for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Static Technician III is responsible for maintaining static equipment and piping systems in optimal condition. This role involves the comprehensive installation, routine maintenance, and necessary repair of various static equipment and process piping systems, ensuring operational integrity and adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and execute job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications as provided by the Supervisor.
• Lead and guide a team of Technicians in various tasks.
• Select and utilize the correct tools and equipment for each job, including operating heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance works strictly according to SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including Hydro and Pneumatic tests, as required.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained during and after the completion of all jobs.
• Achieve job completion targets for quality and schedule in line with company standards and requirements.

Safety and Operational Compliance

• Obtain all necessary work permits before commencing any work.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts promptly.
• Attend all scheduled safety and technical training sessions.
• Consult with the Supervisor for resolution of any technical issues encountered during work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, confirming the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the required works.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in static equipment maintenance.
