مُديرُ المشروع الأول - المطارات مسؤول عن تسليم واحد أو أكثر من المشاريع الهامة أو المعقدة ضمن برنامج المطارات، مع امتلاك النطاق، الجدول الزمني، التكاليف، الجودة والمخاطر من البداية إلى النهاية. يجلب الدور قيادة تسليم عليا لخطوط عمل عالية الملف أو عالية المخاطر، منسقاً الموارد متعددة التخصصات والمورّدين لتسليم النتائج بأمان داخل بيئة تشغيل 24/7. المسؤوليات الأساسية تخطيط المشروع والتنفيذ، خطط ونفّذ مشاريع معقدة - النطاق، الجدول الزمني، المعالم، المخرجات وخطط الموارد. إدارة التنفيذ عبر التصميم والبناء والاختبار والانتقال والاعتماد على التشغيل الفعلي. متابعة التقدم مقارنة بالخطة والميزانية، إدارة المسار الحرج والاعتمادات. المخاطر، التغيير والجودة: امتلاك RAID المشروع والضبط التغييري؛ دفع التخفيفات إلى الإغلاق. ضمان الجودة والسلامة والأمن والامتثال طوال عملية التنفيذ. دعم الاستعداد والانتقال (ORAT، التجارب، الانتقال إلى التشغيل) من أجل البدء الفعلي. التجاريون وأصحاب المصلحة: إدارة ميزانية المشروع، التنبؤ، تتبع التكاليف وإدارة الموردين. إنتاج تقارير حالة واضحة للـ PMO، القيادة والعميل. قيادة وتحفيز فريق المشروع؛ بناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصالح.

المهارات والخبرة- خبرة واسعة في تنفيذ مشاريع تكنولوجيا معقدة ضمن الوقت والتكلفة والجودة.
- إتقان قوي لأساليب إدارة المشاريع (PMI/PMP، PRINCE2، agile/hybrid) والحوكمة.
- المهارة في التخطيط، الجدولة، الميزانية، مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة الاعتماد.
- خبرة RAID والتغيير-التحكم العملية على مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة قوية لفرق مادية ومسؤولة عن أصحاب المصالح المتميزين.
المرشح المرغوب فيه- خبرة في الطيران أو المطارات أو بيئات بنى تحتية حرجة تعمل 24/7. الاطلاع على أنظمة المطارات وORAT/الانتقال.
- إطلاع على نماذج تسليم MSI.
- شهادات (PMP، PRINCE2 Practitioner، APM) و/أو منهج Agile (Scrum، SAFe).
المؤهلات- درجة في الأعمال، الهندسة، أنظمة المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
- تفضيل قوي للشهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP، PRINCE2، APM أو ما يعادلها).

The Senior Project Manager - Airports is accountable for the delivery of one or more significant or complex projects within the airport programme, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk end to end. The role brings senior delivery leadership to high-profile or high-risk workstreams, coordinating multi-disciplinary and vendor resources to deliver outcomes safely into a 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery Plan and deliver complex projects - scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables and resource plans. Manage execution across design, build, test, transition and go-live. Track progress against plan and budget, managing critical path and dependencies. Risk, Change & Quality Own project RAID and change control; drive mitigations to closure. Assure quality, safety, security and compliance throughout delivery. Support readiness and transition (ORAT, trials, cutover) for go-live. Commercial & Stakeholder Manage project budget, forecasting, cost tracking and supplier management. Produce clear status reporting for PMO, leadership and client. Lead and motivate the project team; build strong stakeholder relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience- Extensive experience delivering complex technology projects to time, cost and quality.
- Strong command of project methods (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, agile/hybrid) and governance.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and dependency management.
- Hands-on RAID and change-control experience on complex projects.
- Strong leadership of matrixed teams and excellent stakeholder management.
Desirable- Experience in aviation, airports or 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments. Familiarity with airport systems and ORAT/transition.
- Exposure to MSI delivery models.
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM) and/or agile (Scrum, SAFe).
Qualifications- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent).
