عن الدور: لضمان تطابق مستويات المخزون في جميع مستودعات المبيعات مع سياسة المخزون لكل SKU نشط من خلال مراقبة مستويات المخزون، تحليل اتجاهات المبيعات، تحديد تقادم المخزونات، اقتراح تجديد كميات المخزون، تقديم المخزونات المقترحة إلى CPP، تفريغ المخزونات المقترحة المعتمدة من CPP إلى SAP، مراقبة الطلبات المؤكدة من CPP مع مستودعات المبيعات، وتوليد تقارير مستوى الخدمة.
- مراقبة تقلبات المخزون لتحديد المناطق التي تحتاج إلى إعادة تعبئة أو تعديلات في الطلب.
- تحليل اتجاهات المبيعات لضمان خطة توباء للمخزون جيدة.
- تحديد تقادم المخزونات لتقليل انتهاء صلاحية المخزون في المستودعات.
- تقديم طلب مخزون مخطط موحد لإعادة التعبئة إلى CPP للموافقة.
- توليد تقرير أسبوعي عن تأخير دوران الثلاجات.
المتطلبات:
- يجب أن يحمل شهادة بكالوريوس.
- سنتان من الخبرة في اللوجستيات، تخطيط الإمدادات.
- خبرة في إدارة عدد كبير من SKUs.
- مهارات تواصل لفظي وكتابي ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إلمام بالحاسوب SAP، ERP.
- يجب أن يمتلك كفاءات مثل: معرفة بالأعمال، اتجاهات المبيعات، مهارات تحليلية عالية، القدرة على تفسير المعلومات والعمل كفريق.

Senior Planning Officer | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role: To ensure inventory levels in all sales depots to reflect inventory policy for every active SKUs by monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends, identifying aging of stocks, suggest replenishment of stock quantities, submit suggested stocks to CPP, offload CPP approved replenishment stocks to SAP, monitor CPP confirmed orders with sales depots, and generate service level reports.
- Monitor stock fluctuations to identify areas for repleshiment or order adjustments.
- Analyze sales trends to ensure good stock repleshment plan.
- Identify aging of stocks to reduce expiry of stocks in depots.
- Submit consolidated planned order of stock repleshiment to CPP for confirmation.
- Generate weekly reefer turnaround delay report.
Requirements:
- Must be holding bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply planning.
- Experience in managing high number of SKUs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
- Computer literate in SAP, ERP.
- Must have competencies such as: Knowledge of business, sales trends, High analytical skills. Ability to interpret information and team player.
