The Role: Production Confirmation II GF

BRF is seeking a Production Confirmation II GF to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role is integral to ensuring accurate production records, material consumption, and inventory management within the factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SAP confirmations in accordance with corporate norm ******
• Evaluate packaging consumption and ensure accurate recording in SAP.
• Address and resolve all COGI issues pertaining to direct materials.
• Conduct daily checks on inventory variation between SAP records and physical production stock.
• Adhere to Corporate Norms ****** and ****** for inventory and inventory management.
• Maintain organized records of production data and material consumption in designated files.
• Initiate and manage Anomaly Reports for all losses and inventory adjustments.
• Communicate daily finished goods production information to relevant factory stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliation of finished goods in SAP against actual receipts from the warehouse team.
• Correct production dates versus shelf life of finished goods using SAP transaction MSC2N.
• Validate elaborated material usage against SAP entries in Innova or other traceability systems.
• Execute SAP reversals and manual consumption entries for coating and elaborated materials based on actual records.

Compliance and Sustainability Adherence

• Adhere strictly to BRF Food Safety policies and practices.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring active participation in routines that promote adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan. This includes contributing to compliance with global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments and fostering sustainable development within the BRF chain.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.
