About the Role

The Marezig Rad Alanzi Trading and Contracting Company announces its need for a Project Management Director to join its team in Buraidah, Qassim. The incumbent in this role will have overall supervision of project and program management activities, monitor the development process of implementation plans and track workflow to ensure achievement of defined objectives within the specified timelines and allocated budgets. The position is full-time and requires 2 to 5 years of experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and execution of project and program plans within the entity.
• Direct and monitor financial budget estimates and determine the human, technical, and equipment requirements necessary to implement projects, ensuring provision in a timely manner and within the estimated cost.
• Oversee the identification of project assumptions and all interdependencies with other projects or programs within the entity to ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
• Define project risks and outline the steps needed to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining phases, ensuring adherence to project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage changes based on the plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of main project phases and the project closeout process.
• Evaluate the level of project deliverables achievement of its main objectives, and ensure transfer of all related knowledge and experiences and document all project documents, templates, and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenges and risk management reports, and KPI and success factor reports on a periodic basis.
• Submit related reports to the various stakeholders of the project and forward them to the senior management of the entity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in project management.
• Deep understanding of principles and methodologies of project management.
