Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager – Aramco Approved to lead and manage large-scale civil and infrastructure projects from mobilization through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution in accordance with Saudi Aramco requirements, approved drawings and specifications, project schedule, budget, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution and delivery of civil/infrastructure projects in accordance with the approved project scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage project activities from mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Aramco representatives, consultants, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project planning, progress, cost control and resource allocation.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of critical activities and milestones.
• Oversee civil construction works including roads, earthworks, concrete, structures, underground utilities, drainage, water/sewer networks and related infrastructure works.
• Ensure implementation of approved QA/QC and HSE procedures throughout project execution.
• Review and resolve technical issues, RFIs, design changes and construction-related problems.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their performance meets contractual and project requirements.
• Monitor project risks, variations, claims and commercial issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Conduct regular project progress meetings and provide management/client with accurate progress reports.
• Ensure proper project documentation, inspection records, testing records and handover documentation.
• Lead the project team and coordinate Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement and Commercial functions.
• Ensure effective resource planning for manpower, equipment and materials.
• Drive the project toward successful completion while maintaining safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in civil construction/project management, preferably on large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing major Saudi Aramco projects.
• Saudi Aramco Project Manager approval is required.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, earthworks, concrete and/or industrial civil construction.
• Experience working with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and client-management skills.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required/preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / project scheduling.
• Good understanding of contract administration, variations and claims.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines and large project teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and industry practices.
