We are looking for a skilled Architect to develop and deliver high-quality design solutions in accordance with project requirements, client expectations and company standards. The successful candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, technically proficient and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring all design deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and joinery details.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material samples, catalogues and quotations.
• Assist in preparing specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams during the design and installation phases.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience .
• Good command of English .
• Proficient in AutoCAD .
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to work under pressure.
