Role Description The Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for enterprise clients, including setting up business processes, workflows, forms, and integrations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications, performing system configuration, and conducting unit and system testing. The consultant will support project delivery by preparing documentation, training end users, providing post-implementation support, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as project managers, developers, and business stakeholders. This role also involves recommending best practices, optimizing existing Unifier environments, and ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency with Oracle Primavera Unifier, including solution design, configuration of business processes, forms, workflows, and reporting. Experience with Oracle technologies and enterprise systems, such as Oracle databases, integration tools, and related project controls applications. Background in project management or project controls within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or similar industries. Ability to perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing support, and production support activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead meetings, deliver training, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Oracle Primavera Unifier or Oracle technologies are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and support multiple concurrent projects with attention to quality and timelines. Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles is highly beneficial.
