نحن نسعى لتعيين مهندس رئيسي لتخطيط الأنابيب في موقع العمل (SME) ليكون السلطة الفنية عبر محفظة مشاريع الطاقة والنفط والغاز والتعدين والصناعية والبنى التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقدم المرشح الناجح القيادة الفنية طوال دورة المشروع، بما في ذلك المقترحات، ودراسات المفاهيم، وFEED، والهندسة التفصيلية، ودعم البناء، والتكليف. باعتباره أعلى مستوى من السلطة الفنية في تخصصه، سيقدم المرشح الناجح خبرة متخصصة، ويضمن التميز الهندسي، ويقوّي الحوكمة الفنية، ويدعم تقديم حلول هندسية آمنة ومبتكرة وعالية الجودة. بالإضافة إلى دعم المشاريع، سيقوم SME بتوجيه فرق الهندسة، ووضع معايير فنية، ودعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، والمساهمة في التأكيد الفني وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المنطقة. وود تشكل ركيزة الطاقة والمواد في سيدارا - شراكة عالمية تجمع بين شركات الهندسة والتصميم وإدارة المشاريع متعددة التخصصات الرائدة.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة ذات الصلة.
- يفضل حالة مهندس مُعتمد/مهندس محترف.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مشاريع النفط والغاز والطاقة والبتروكيماويات والتعدين أو الصناعات.
- خبرة مثبتة كسلطة فنية، ومهندس رئيسي، ومستشار رئيسي، وزميل هندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- الخبرة الفنية: تخطيط المحطة، Smart3D، E3D، اكتشاف التعارضات، القابلية للبناء.
- معرفة المعايير ASME والمعايير الخاصة بالعميل.

We are seeking an Inplant Principal Piping Layout Engineering Design (SME) to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including proposals, concept studies, FEED, detailed engineering, construction support and commissioning. Acting as the highest level of technical authority within their discipline, the successful candidate will provide specialist expertise, ensure engineering excellence, strengthen technical governance and support the delivery of safe, innovative and high-quality engineering solutions. In addition to supporting projects, the SME will mentor engineering teams, establish and maintain technical standards, support business development activities, contribute to technical assurance and build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the region. Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise: Plant layout, Smart3D, E3D, clash detection, constructability.
- Knowledge of Standards ASME, client standards.
A recognized industry expert with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges, influencing clients, mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence across major international projects.
