Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Delivery Management to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the successful delivery of technology and digital initiatives within the organization.

Role Overview

The Manager - Delivery Management is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from their initiation through to production. This role serves as a critical link, bridging communication and collaboration between various business and technical stakeholders, including product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design in collaboration with architects.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Track and report on development progress.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery teams.
• Oversee testing and release activities.
• Ensure successful production deployment.
• Monitor and address post-production issues.
• Provide regular delivery status reports to executive management.

Delivery Management and Stakeholder Engagement

This position holds accountability for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines are effectively managed. The role involves proactive identification and mitigation of risks and dependencies, alongside managing stakeholder expectations to ensure features are delivered successfully and provide tangible business value.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in delivery management or a similar field.
