Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for employees and managers.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for the executive team.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
