About the Role

Zeppelin Systems Gulf is seeking a MIG/TIG Aluminium Welder to join its operations team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, long-term assignment focused on contributing to high-quality industrial projects within an international work environment. The role is integral to supporting the continued technical excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on aluminium components and structures.
• Prepare materials, including cutting, grinding, and fitting aluminium parts.
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
• Conduct finishing operations such as polishing, deburring, and surface preparation.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
• Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and production teams to meet project timelines.
• Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard-free working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in welding processes and fabrication quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in MIG and TIG welding, specifically for aluminium.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and quality standards.
• Ability to produce clean, precise welds with minimal distortion.
• Experience using fabrication tools, including cutting machines, grinders, and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in welding operations.
