Construction Manager | High-Rise & Concrete Works | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
KTS is supporting a Leading Saudi construction contractor with the appointment of an experienced Construction Manager for a major project in Saudi Arabia.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in reinforced concrete works and high-rise building construction, with the ability to lead large site teams and drive structural works safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key responsibilities:Lead large-scale reinforced concrete and structural construction works Manage high-rise construction activities across multiple work fronts Drive concrete cycles, sequencing, productivity and programme milestones Manage engineers, supervisors, foremen, labour and subcontractors Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring and associated temporary works Monitor manpower, plant, materials and site productivity Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC and Logistics teams Review drawings, method statements, RFIs and construction sequencing Resolve site, technical and constructability issues Maintain high standards of safety, quality and delivery performance
Candidate requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Strong experience as a Construction Manager / Senior Construction Manager Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-rise building projects Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete structures Experience with formwork systems, rebar, concrete placement and structural sequencing Proven ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors Strong understanding of programme, productivity, QA/QC and HSE requirements Fluent professional English
