Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, responsible for supporting and enhancing AAIG’s HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and supporting performance management processes. The role also involves managing employee benefits, assisting with payroll-related information, and addressing employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with managers to ensure compliance with labor regulations, support employee relations initiatives, and contribute to HR projects that improve engagement and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions. Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management, including drafting, implementing, and maintaining compliant procedures. Experience with Saudi HR platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI is preferred. Experience with Employee Benefits administration and coordination of related programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in using HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to work on-site in Medina, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory requirements; prior experience in an investment or corporate environment is a plus.
