MAYEKAWA established its business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (located at Al-khobar) in 2016 and we are looking for an Service Engineer to join our Service team, who is passionate about providing the best support and service for our customer. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Duties and Responsibilities

A Service Engineer is responsible for managing the installation, maintenance and repair of the product. This may include overseeing service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction with the products. Here are the overview of the Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;

• Maintenance for screw and reciprocating compressor for refrigeration system
• Commissioning and start up work for refrigeration system
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve post-purchase issues, including product replacements and repairs
• Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on the issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions of the issues
• Monitor customer’s feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
• Provide continuous product-related information and assistance to the customers

Skills

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering required
• Proven experience in a Mechanical Engineering role for at least 3 years
• Effective Communication with customers and company personnel
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, team player, continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Holding a valid Driver’s license (with a clean driving record) is preferred
