The Role: Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist

Waad Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical in supporting the company's expanding talent requirements. The specialist will be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified professionals to advance Waad Education's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports to monitor hiring metrics and process effectiveness.
• Prepare and update job descriptions in collaboration with different departments.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of the organizational structure based on business needs.
• Support performance management processes, ensuring the completion of evaluations linked to training and development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze training needs, develop comprehensive training plans, and oversee their implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development (OD).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Experience in hiring educational staff is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to various HR and OD initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is beneficial.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah Province, and involves working as part of a dedicated Human Resources team at Waad Education.
