Job Overview

Al-Mukhalid Trading & Contracting Company is seeking a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to join its team in Jazan. This full-time position requires an experienced candidate with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in occupational health and safety. The role aims to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Role Objective

The main objective of this role is to supervise the implementation of all safety, health, and occupational regulations and instructions within the company facilities. This includes measuring surrounding environmental factors, effectively investigating accidents and injuries, and developing and preparing necessary safety instructions and procedures to ensure full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various inspections at work sites, including routine and emergency inspections, recording inspection results in dedicated logs and comparing them with approved standards.
• Prepare and use equipment and instruments for measuring environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration, document results in approved records, and follow up on addressing hazards with the competent authorities.
• Prepare and equip necessary materials for investigating accidents and injuries, conduct the investigation, and document the results accurately.
• Prepare safety and health instructions and procedures, safe work instructions, and evacuation procedures, and raise awareness among workers about these instructions and procedures.
• Prepare and submit periodic work reports, documenting and keeping them in an organized manner.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years in the field of occupational health and safety, with a deep understanding of applying relevant laws and regulatory provisions.
