About the Role

CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position reporting directly to a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in functional analysis and system support, contributing to the development and enhancement of product solutions.

Role Purpose

The Senior Product Analyst plays a crucial role in translating customer needs into clear product requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. This position involves owning specific business domain modules, driving delivery activities from inception to go-live, and fostering improved Agile practices within the team to enhance product quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, clarify, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements that reduce ambiguity and improve delivery readiness.
• Own and maintain the Scrum team backlog, ensuring priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clear, current, and ready for sprint planning.
• Define functional and integration requirements that support customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and product roadmap objectives.
• Analyze requirements and recommend scalable solutions that balance business value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Own assigned business domain modules, aligning stakeholders on documented solutions that support consistent implementation and reuse.
• Lead delivery activities from inception to go-live, coordinating analysts, developers, and stakeholders to support on-time, quality releases.
• Mentor business analysts and development teams to improve Agile delivery practices, requirement quality, and solution consistency.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, and support materials that enable stakeholder approval and efficient development.
• Define test scenarios, validate delivered functionality, and provide business acceptance to improve release quality and reduce defects.
• Create workflows, interface designs, and mock-ups that accelerate solution validation and improve user understanding.
• Investigate operational incidents and defects, identify root causes, and support corrective actions to improve system stability.
• Build and maintain test libraries that strengthen manual and automated regression coverage.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in functional analysis and system support.
• Demonstrated sound experience in the functional analysis and support of systems.

Work Setting and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a product team, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve product objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
