ABOUT THE ROLEThe Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and developing client relationships. The role requires a confident and outgoing sales professional with strong outbound sales experience, the ability to approach new clients, and a proven record of closing business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate new business through cold calling, networking, outreach, and client meetings. Identify and approach companies to pitch services. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports and records.
REQUIREMENTSEducation Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience4+ years of relevant sales or business-development experience. Experience from managed service sector is essential. Strong outbound sales, cold-calling, and client-acquisition experience. Experience handling corporate accounts is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Arabic and English proficiency.
Skills Outgoing, confident, and target-driven. Existing corporate client network is an advantage.
