Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred. Deep understanding and experience with Oracle Utilities solutions such as Oracle Utilities CC&B - Customer Care & Billing, Customer Cloud Services, Customer to Meter, CX4U. Solid background in solution consulting and testing strategies, software delivery, systems integration, or consulting, with high proficiency across data platforms, or utility infrastructure. Solid experience managing requirement gatherings Demonstrated success working in customer-facing roles, especially with cross- cultural, distributed project teams in the Middle East. Strong understanding of technical architectures, data flow, and utility-specific regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in line with PMI best practices. Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams, coaching junior team members and facilitating problem-solving. Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured, analytical mindset.. Willingness and ability to travel across Middle East as required
