Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Management:

Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries via the company’s official contact number

Follow up with existing clients and provide regular updates on their orders

Develop new client relationships and attract new customers to the company

Visit potential clients within Riyadh when needed

Provide initial consultation to clients regarding import operations from China

Orders & Operations Management:

Track customer orders from placement to shipping and final delivery

Coordinate continuously with the team in China and with suppliers

Monitor import details, shipping processes, and commercial documentation

Keep clients updated on any developments or requirements related to their orders

Content & Marketing Management:

Manage some of the company’s social media activities

Publish marketing content (especially on TikTok)

Contribute to building the company’s digital presence and attracting clients through content

Supplier Coordination (China):

Maintain daily follow-up and communication with suppliers and partners in China
