كمدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الأول، ستوفر القيادة للأداء الصحي والسلامة والبيئة عبر برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية الكبرى. يركز الدور على تعزيز العمليات الآمنة، ودفع الامتثال، والتعاون مع فرق المشروع والقيادة لتعزيز ثقافة سلامة استباقية تدعم التنفيذ الفعال في بيئات البناء المعقدة.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة استراتيجية الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال عبر برامج البنية التحتية الاجتماعية الكبرى.
- إجراء تفتيشات الموقع والتدقيق وتقييمات المخاطر لضمان عمليات آمنة.
- تطوير وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وخطط منع الحوادث.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لحل قضايا السلامة وتحسين الأداء.
- مراقبة الامتثال التنظيمي وإعداد تقارير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لأصحاب المصلحة الكبار.
الملف الوظيفي المرغوب فيه
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو السلامة أو تخصص ذي صلة. أكثر من 15 عامًا من خبرة القيادة في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى، بما في ذلك إدارة HSE في مشاريع تطوير كبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات. معرفة قوية بأنظمة HSE السعودية ومعايير السلامة الدولية. خبرة مثبتة في قيادة التدقيقات، والتحقيقات في الحوادث، والإجراءات التصحيحية. خبرة في التفاعل مع القيادة العليا للمشروع وممثلي العميل والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصالح التنفيذيين. خبرة مع Enablon وIntelex وEcoOnline أو تقارير الحوادث والتدقيق المتقدمة بالاعتماد على Excel تعتبر ميزة. يفضل وجود شهادة مهنية في HSE مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها.

As Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major social infrastructure programs. The role is focused on strengthening safe operations, driving compliance, and partnering with project and leadership teams to promote a proactive safety culture that supports effective delivery across complex construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE strategy and compliance across major social infrastructure programs.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe operations.
- Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and incident prevention plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve safety issues and improve performance.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare HSE reports for senior stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline. 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on large infrastructure projects, including HSE management on large mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards. Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Experience interfacing with senior project leadership, client representatives, regulators, and executive stakeholders. Experience with Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel-based incident and audit reporting is a plus. A professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
