Supervise and coordinate daily painting activities on site. Assign tasks to painters and ensure proper manpower utilization. Ensure surface preparation, painting, and finishing are carried out according to specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, uniformity, and compliance with standards. Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of paints, tools, and equipment. Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage. Enforce safety regulations and ensure painters use proper PPE. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades on site. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management. Identify and resolve work-related issues and technical challenges. Train and guide painters to improve productivity and workmanship.
