Associate Director of Design Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are recruiting an Associate Director of Design to join a major high-rise development in Jeddah.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the design across a complex, large-scale project, working closely with consultants, contractors, stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Previous experience coordinating the design of major, large-scale developments is essential, ideally including high-rise, hospitality or complex commercial projects.
Key requirements:
Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience Proven delivery experience on major, large-scale projects Previous high-rise or complex development experience preferred Ability to manage consultants, design programmes and technical reviews Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East would be beneficial
