The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants.

The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
• Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
• Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

• Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
• Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
• Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
