Job Objective We are seeking a Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in backend development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases. Ensure application performance, security, and reliability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with frontend, Dev Ops, QA, and Product teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.3+ years of backend development experience. Strong proficiency in Node.js, Type Script, and Nest JS. Experience with Postgre SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB, and Redis. Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and microservices. Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
