ملخص الدور:
إدارة فريق ذاتي التوجيه متعدد الوظائف بكفاءة لاستقبال الدواجن ومعالجة منتجات الدواجن المحددة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء الداخليين ضمن معايير أداء الإدارة (فقدان الكفاءة في العملية، عدم المطابقة الصفري) مع ضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المنتج والمعايير النوعية والسلامة المحددة.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة مماثلة ضمن بيئة دواجن أو أغذية
- خبرة في بيئة تشغيل ذات حجم عالي
- درجة في معالجة الدواجن/تكنولوجيا الغذاء أو تخصص ذي صلة. معرفة عملية وفهم لتنفيذ معايير الجودة الدولية مثل ISO 9000 و HACCP.

Team Manager, Feed Mill | Saudi Arabia, Hail
Role Summary:
To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment
- Experience in high volume operational environment.
- Degree in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related discipline. Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.
