خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات كمشرف مستودع أو في دور مماثل ضمن الشحن أو اللوجستيات؛ إجادة استخدام برنامج نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS) تقنياً؛ معرفة قوية بإدارة التوريدات، وإدارة اللوجستيات، والسيطرة على المخزون (غير تقني)؛ إظهار مهارات القيادة وبناء فرق وتطوير الموظفين (غير تقني)؛ فهم راسخ لمعايير سلامة المستودعات واللوائح التنظيمية (غير تقني)؛ خبرة في عمليات تنفيذ الطلبات والحفاظ على الكفاءة التشغيلية (غير تقني)؛ امتلاك مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل وحل مشاكل ممتازة
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو المجال ذي الصلة
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة الإشرافية في مركز توزيع أو شحن كبير
- خبرة في تطبيق منهجيات Lean أو مشاريع تحسين العمليات
- الاطلاع على أنظمة ERP وأدوات التقارير المتقدمة
- شهادات مهنية مثل Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) أو تدريب السلامة OSHA
The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, manage inventory and order fulfillment processes, ensure safety compliance, and leverage technical expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to drive efficiency and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a large-scale distribution or shipping center
- Experience implementing Lean methodologies or process improvement projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools
- Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or OSHA safety training
