seeking experienced Workshop Technicians (TT2) to join a Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute.
This role is ideal for hands-on technical professionals with industrial experience who are passionate about supporting vocational training and maintaining workshop operations.
Available Specializations Workshop Technician – HVAC Workshop Technician – Pipefitting Workshop Technician – Welding Key Responsibilities Maintain all workshop equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Prepare workshops and training areas for practical lessons.
Coordinate with the Stock Controller to ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for training.
Assist instructors during the delivery of practical workshop training.
Support the delivery of the practical components of the technical curriculum.
Help improve workshop training programs and practical activities.
Monitor trainees during workshop sessions and maintain a safe and organized training environment.
Diploma in an Engineering or Technical discipline relevant to the specialization.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or related industries .
Practical experience in HVAC, Pipefitting, or Welding .
Excellent English communication skills.
GCC/Middle East experience is an advantage.
