Key Accountability Areas
Rider Onboarding
Acquire new riders to serve business needs. Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance. Operationally support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles. Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for new expansions of the company's services. Liaise regularly with business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics provision. Prepare and analyze performance reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making. Resolve critical logistics problems that are related to the distribution of supply vs demand. Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed. Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity. Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards . Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Knowledge and Experience
2 - 4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations or relevant experience. Negotiation skills. Project Management. Creativity and critical thinking. Problem-solving and decision making. Analysis and reporting skills.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
