We are currently looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join Hobbies Castle Trading Company, our Saudi Arabian entity based in Riyadh.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, operations, logistics, customer service, and data analysis. You'll play a key role in supporting our commercial team while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders accurately through our ERP system. Coordinate deliveries with warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners. Monitor customer orders from confirmation through delivery, ensuring timely execution. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and sales updates. Collect, organize, and analyze customer sell-out reports to identify sales trends and business opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operational reports. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support inventory planning and stock availability. Maintain accurate records and ensure operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, or a similar role. Experience using ERP systems is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
