Job Position: After Sales Engineer Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Summary The After Sales Engineer will support customers through after-sales service delivery, coordinate service activities, follow up on customer requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure the timely resolution of technical and operational issues. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues efficiently. Manage and follow up on service, maintenance, warranty, and AMC requests. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely job completion. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and system updates. Provide customer training on product or system usage when required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase after-sales revenue through spare parts, upgrades, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Visit customer sites and perform additional assigned duties when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field. Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of diesel generators and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. Good communication, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Very good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and visit customer sites when required.
