About the Role:

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production operations to ensure the achievement of production targets within specified quality, environmental standards and budget.

We will contact candidates who have met essential requirements below:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Poultry industry under production.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the poultry industry.
• Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
