???? Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Impact Arabia Building Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales & Order Processing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the building materials, construction materials, or finishing materials industry and should be capable of managing and following the complete order cycle, from receiving the customer Purchase Order (PO) through delivery and invoicing. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer Purchase Orders (POs). Prepare quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices. Coordinate daily with customers, suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution. Track orders and follow up on pending materials and deliveries. Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are properly followed. Maintain accurate and organized records of POs, quotations, Delivery Notes, invoices, and order status. Ensure every order is properly documented from PO to final delivery and invoicing. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports and management summaries. Support management with data analysis and day-to-day operational planning. Requirements MANDATORY: Previous work experience in building materials, construction materials, or finishing materials is required. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered. Experience with products such as gypsum board, drywall systems, ceiling systems, metal framing, insulation, or other construction and finishing materials is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Order Processing, Procurement, Logistics Coordination, or similar roles. ERP system experience is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously. Good written and spoken English. Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
