الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
المؤهلات المطلوبة دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذات صلة. شهادة NACE المستوى II سارية (إلزامية). شهادة CBT CSWIP BGAS Grade 3.2 (مفضلة/إلزامية حسب متطلبات المشروع). تدريب ISO 9001 في نظام إدارة الجودة.
الخبرة خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في فحص الطلاء والطلاء. خبرة عملية في مشاريع النفط والغاز، البتروكيماويات، المصافي، خطوط الأنابيب، أو EPC. يُفضّل خبرة في مشاريع الشرق الأوسط/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor Painting & Coating to oversee and ensure the quality of all coating and painting activities for structural steel, mechanical equipment, piping systems, underground pipelines, and civil foundations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and company QA/QC procedures while leading coating inspection teams and coordinating with construction personnel.
Key Responsibilities Supervise all painting and coating inspection activities during project execution. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure coating and painting work is carried out as per approved procedures and project specifications. Conduct qualification tests for blasters and painters and issue job clearance approvals. Review paint technical data sheets (TDS), method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and applicable standards. Monitor surface preparation, sandblasting, painting, wrapping, and coating application activities. Ensure environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) are suitable before and during coating application. Verify the proper mixing, application, and curing of coating materials. Ensure all inspection and testing instruments are calibrated and used correctly. Supervise QC Inspectors and ensure inspections are performed in accordance with project quality requirements. Perform and witness coating inspections, including Dry Film Thickness (DFT), Wet Film Thickness (WFT), surface profile, adhesion, and holiday testing. Coordinate with paint manufacturers to resolve coating-related technical issues. Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Conduct training sessions for blasters, painters, and coating inspectors on quality and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications, and international standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Valid NACE Level II Certification (Mandatory). CBT CSWIP BGAS Grade 3.2 Certification (Preferred/Mandatory as per project requirement). ISO 9001 Quality Management System Training.
Experience Minimum 5 10 years of experience in painting and coating inspection. Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Pipeline, or EPC projects . Middle East/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of international coating standards (NACE, SSPC, ISO). Experience with sandblasting, protective coatings, wrapping systems, and pipeline coating inspection. Knowledge of DFT, WFT, surface profile measurement, adhesion testing, holiday testing, and climatic condition monitoring. Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, and corrective action reports. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Computer Skills Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook , and AutoCAD .
