This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, driving performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain operational processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the area.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
