We are seeking an experienced tore Manager (female candidates are encouraged to apply) to lead a prestigious luxury fine jewellery boutique at one of Riyadh's leading luxury retail destinations.
Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and business objectives. Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while maintaining the highest service standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients. Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager within fine jewellery, luxury retail, watches, premium fashion, or other luxury brands. Proven track record of leading teams and consistently achieving sales targets. Strong commercial acumen with a passion for luxury retail and client service. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
