About the Role We're seeking a commercially sharp, industry-savvy BD professional to drive growth across the fit-out and contracting sector in the Kingdom. This is a managerial-level position — ideal for someone who has already built a strong network and track record in business development within contracting or fit-out companies.
Key Requirements???? Location: Riyadh, KSA???? Strong background in the contracting / fit-out industry (interiors, construction, or related built-environment sectors)???? Proven experience at a managerial level in business development????️ Excellent presentation and communication skills confident representing the company with senior clients and stakeholders

What You'll DoIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and interiors market in KSABuild and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with company growth targets Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums Collaborate with technical and project teams to convert leads into won projects
