The Role We're looking for an entrepreneurial, student-first Product Manager to join our team. You ll own meaningful outcomes like student learning success, and work closely with a passionate team to ship fast and learn quickly. You'll be based in Riyadh, spending time at the Noon hybrid school to connect deeply with students, understand their needs, and refine the experience to delight them. What You ll Do Listen & Learn: Work directly with students to uncover insights that drive product direction. Build & Ship: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other key functions to turn ideas into features. Iterate: Measure impact, gather feedback, and make improvements. Innovate: Experiment with new technologies to improve how students learn and engage.

Desired Candidate Profile

You possess a deep understanding of Saudi culture and are fluent in Arabic and English Entrepreneurial: You were an early hire at a startup whose success you meaningfully contributed to, or you built something from scratch yourself. Highly empathetic: You have the emotional intelligence needed to deeply connect with customers. Analytical: You can extract meaning and insights from tables in datalake. Driven & adaptable: You move fast, make decisions, and get things done.
