Role Overview This role is built for a versatile, fast-learning individual who combines program design and execution, quality assurance, participant support, logistics coordination, and marketing contributions. The role is open at three levels — Intern, Specialist, or Lead — depending on the candidate's experience and scope of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Contribute to designing program content Coordinate on-ground program execution Monitor execution quality and act on feedback Communicate with and support participants before, during, and after each program Coordinate logistics (venues, vendors, scheduling) Contribute to marketing content creation and distribution
Qualifications Based in Madinah Background or experience in one of: Marketing, Project Management, Education, Engineering, IT, Business Administration Open to all levels: Intern, Specialist, or Lead Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel Good communication in Arabic and English
