الوصف:
يعمل كمدرب صيانة AH-64E للطيران تحت إشراف مدير التدريب بقسم الهندسة الفنية في معهد الطيران. يتضمن هذا الدور تقديم التعليم للمسار 15R MOS Qualification Course، بما في ذلك التدريس الأكاديمي، وتدريب الأداء العملي، والتقييمات، وتطوير جداول الدورة لضمان أن يفي الطلاب بمعايير الكفاءة والصيانة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سجلات تدريب الطلاب بدقة.
المتطلبات:
- خريج من دورة US Army 15R AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer أو برنامج عسكري/مدني معادل.
- خبرة صيانة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات كـ AH-64E أو هيكل طائرة مماثل.
- قادر على تطوير المنهج الدراسي وتقديم التعليم لمرشحي 15R AH-64E Helicopter Repairer.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- معرفة عميقة بمفاهيم وتدريب وتسيير معلومات الطيران العسكري، والإدارة، والعمليات، واللوجستيات.
- القدرة المثبتة على إدارة فريق لتحقيق أهداف المنظمة.
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office، خاصة Word وPowerPoint وExcel؛ يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في استخدام Adobe Pro وبرامج وتطبيقات ذات صلة.
الفحص الطبي: يجب على المرشحين إكمال جميع الفحوصات الطبية الإلزامية المطلوبة للحصول على العمل بنجاح.
السجل الجنائي: من أجل التأهل لتأشيرة العمل السعودية، يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح سجل جنائي نظيف بدون إدانات سابقة، وفقاً لوزارة الخارجية السعودية.
الفحص للكحول والمخدرات: يجب على المرشح اجتياز اختبار مخدرات للنظر في التوظيف. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يطبق برنامج ATSS سياسة فحص مخدرات وكحول عشوائية. سيخضع الموظفون للاختبارات الدورية للحفاظ على التزامهم بمعايير مكان العمل ولوائح السلامة لدينا.

Description:
Serves as the Aviation AH-64E Maintenance Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15R MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of the US Army 15R AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
- At least 6 years of maintenance experience as an AH-64E or a comparable airframe.
- Capable of developing syllabi and providing instruction to 15R AH-64E Helicopter Repairer candidates.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
- Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must be experienced in using Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
