Role Description
This is an on-site Cooperative Training (COOP) opportunity based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
As an Operations Excellence Engineer Trainee, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, support operational initiatives, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in process mapping and workflow analysis.* Support continuous improvement initiatives.* Collect and analyze operational data.* Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation.* Participate in operational excellence projects.* Help identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.* Collaborate with multiple departments on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another Engineering discipline.* Eligible for a university COOP training program.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI, or data analysis tools is a plus.* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits :
Monthly Stipend: 3,000 SAR / month Hands-on Experience: Mentorship from industry professionals and exposure to proprietary trading operations.
