Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Saudi Technical Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead and manage technology-related projects from planning to delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate between Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical project plans and actionable tasks.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure technical projects follow proper governance, documentation, approvals, and change management processes.
• Support prioritization of technical initiatives based on business impact and available resources.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare project reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Saudi national.
• Currently based in Riyadh.
• Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3u2013 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, fintech, banking, payments, or software environments.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, software development lifecycle, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Experience working with technical teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SAMA-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Click Up, or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor management requirements.
