Job Summary The Executive Assistant – provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the smooth coordination of development, leasing, and expansion activities across the retail network. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate with Leasing, Property Development, Projects, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders. Track the progress of new store openings, renovations, and property-related projects. Maintain and organize contracts, property documents, and confidential records. Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates. Support budget tracking, documentation, and administrative processes related to property activities. Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably within retail, real estate, or property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
