As we continue growing across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Associate to help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring our HR operations run efficiently and compliantly. As an HR Operations Associate, you’ll own the day-to-day HR operations that support our people throughout their entire employee journey. From onboarding new hires to managing payroll, government platforms, and compliance, you’ll play a key role in building scalable HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment. What You’ll Own Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other official documentation Process monthly payroll and ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date Handle HR transactions across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and the Chamber of Commerce Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, renewals, and employee updates Manage Iqama renewals, transfers, work visas, and other government-related processes Coordinate overseas hiring, relocation, and employment documentation Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies Support audits, reporting, and HR record management Respond to employee HR requests and provide operational support Continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency What You’ll Bring2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Human Resources Strong hands-on experience managing payroll and Saudi HR government platforms Practical experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and medical insurance administration Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR records Familiarity with Iqama processing, work visas, employee transfers, and overseas hiring Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operational processes Startup experience is a strong plus Why Join Us?
