المهندس المدرب للرسم مسؤول عن التخطيط وتقديم وتقييم برامج التدريب الفني في الرسم للمتدربين والموظفين. تتضمن المهمة التدريس داخل الفصل، العروض العملية، تقييم أداء المتدرب، وتطوير مواد التدريب. يضمن المدرب اكتساب المتدربين للمعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لأداء أعمال الرسم وفقاً لمعايير الصناعة والمتطلبات التنظيمية، خاصة في قطاع النفط والغاز. خطّط، وحضّر، وقدّم برامج تدريب في الرسم داخل الفصل وفي الميدان تغطي تقنيات ومعايير الرسم الأساسية والمتوسطة والمتقدمة. طوِّر وحافظ على مواد التدريب، بما في ذلك خطط الدروس، العروض التقديمية، كتيبات التدريب، الاختبارات القصيرة، الامتحانات، والموارد التعليمية. قيِّم أداء المتدرب من خلال تقييمات كتابية وعملية، قدِّم تغذية راجعة بناءة، واقترح خطط تحسين. راقب حضور المتدربين وتقدمهم وانضباط الفصل للحفاظ على بيئة تعلم فعالة ومنتجة. احتفظ بسجلات تدريب دقيقة، ونتائج التقييم، والوثائق وفق إجراءات الشركة. تأكد من امتثال أنشطة التدريب لسياسات الشركة ومعايير الهندسة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) مع دعم التحسين المستمر لبرامج التدريب.
الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، أو درجة associates/دبلوم لمدة عامين في تقنية الرسم، أو شهادة الثانوية/دبلوم مهني في الرسم الهندسي أو التخطيط، خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز ذات صلة (مع شهادة جامعية) أو 11 عاماً بدون شهادة. الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية المحكية والكتابية بحد أدنى IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادلها من درجة TOEFL (إتقان العربية ميزة). إتقان MicroStation و/أو AutoCAD، مع خبرة في الرسم الميكانيكي، المدني، الإنشائي، أو المعماري. خبرة في التدريب والإرشاد والتوجيه أو تقديم تعليم تقني عملي داخل الفصل وخارجه.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Drafting Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs in drafting for trainees and employees. The role involves classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, assessment of trainee performance, and the development of training materials. The trainer ensures that trainees acquire the knowledge and skills required to perform drafting work in accordance with industry standards and organizational requirements, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector. Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom and practical drafting training programs covering basic, intermediate, and advanced drafting techniques and standards. Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, training manuals, quizzes, examinations, and instructional resources. Assess trainee performance through written and practical evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvement plans. Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and classroom discipline to maintain an effective and productive learning environment. Maintain accurate training records, assessment results, and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Ensure training activities comply with company policies, engineering standards, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements while supporting continuous improvement of training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Associate Degree/Two-year Diploma in Drafting Technology, or High School/Vocational Diploma in Engineering Drawing or Drafting Minimum 4 years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience (with a degree) or 11 years (without a degree). Fluent in spoken and written English with a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent TOEFL score (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD , with experience in mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural drafting. Experience in training, mentoring, coaching, or delivering classroom and practical technical instruction.
