Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain pipe straightening machinery, ensuring precise alignment and dimensional accuracy according to specifications.
- Inspect raw and finished pipes for defects, wear, and damage, performing necessary adjustments or reporting issues.
- Set up and calibrate straightening equipment, selecting appropriate tools and dies for various pipe sizes and materials.
- Monitor the straightening process, making real-time adjustments to pressure, speed, and temperature to achieve optimal results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required for understanding technical instructions.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of metal properties and how they react to straightening processes.
